1 whole medium sized white cabbage finely sliced
3 carrots grated
1 teaspoon of salt
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons horseradish
4 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ cup chopped chives
In a large bowl put salt and vinegar and horse radish then add mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and mix together. Mix together the raw cabbage the carrot and chive and add to sauce covering everything thouroghly. Let sit in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
